We believe in giving every family time to truly experience the magic of exploration. That’s why we recommend using your Lumina products for at least 14 days before requesting a return — most kids fall in love after a few adventures!
If, after 14 days and within 60 days of purchase, you’re still not satisfied, simply reach out to us at hello@try-lumina.shop to start the return process.
Please note: original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@try-lumina.shop.
To help us locate your order quickly, please include your Order Number, or the Name and Email Address used during checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We process orders quickly so your little explorer can start discovering as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order will likely have entered processing and may not be changed.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If your product is defective or arrives physically damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the damage at hello@try-lumina.shop.
We’ll review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you.
Please note that minor packaging dents or wear from shipping are not considered product damage. We also cannot replace items damaged through normal use or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to deliver every order quickly and safely. However, shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors are outside our control.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for the fastest resolution.
Little Explorer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
If you entered an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we won’t be able to resend or refund the order once it’s been processed.
